We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or third-party forwarding services.

Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store

International Watch Company proudly offers a Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store service. You can conveniently place your order online and collect it from your nearest IWC Pakistan showroom.

  • Orders are typically available within 2 working days at your selected store.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup.

Steps to Use In-Store Pickup:

  1. Browse and shop at iwc.com.pk

  2. Select your preferred product

  3. Choose your nearest IWC showroom

  4. Pay securely online

  5. Collect your order in person

Important:
Only the person who placed the order can collect it. Please bring:

  • A printed or digital order confirmation

  • The original payment card or proof of online transaction

  • A valid government-issued photo ID, such as:

    • CNIC

    • Driver’s License

    • Passport

While we use trusted courier services, if you suspect your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 5 days of your expected delivery date.

Failure to report within this period may void the possibility of an insurance claim.
