Servicing Your Watch

Mechanical Watch De-Magnetism
In cases where magnetic fields have disturbed a mechanical watch’s regulating system, IWC expert conducts a diagnostic assessment and, when necessary, applies an inverse magnetic field to neutralize magnetization and reestablish accuracy.
Complete Overhaul
Bring your watch back to its original performance standards with a complete overhaul disassembly, cleaning, reassembly of the movement, and precise timing adjustments. Mechanical watches generally require full maintenance every three to five years, depending on the manufacturer’s specifications.

How to Process
1. Reach at your nearest IWC outlet
Drop off your watch at your nearest IWC outlet.
2. Risk-Free Evaluation
The watch is evaluated and assessed at no cost by a watchmaker to determine what repairs and/or servicing need to be done.
3. Estimate & Customer Approval
A cost and time estimate of the recommended repairs and/or servicing is provided to the customer for approval.
4.Repair
Once the customer approves the estimate, the watch is assigned to only one watchmaker based on his/her expertise to conduct the repairs. It is often opened with custom equipment made just for its particular brand and may be tested for specific issues.
5.Delivery
After complete restoration or service at given time span watch is handed over to the client.
